Terms for using Ditto.

1. The service

Ditto is an AI assistant operated by CatchBack ("we") for its team. These terms apply to everyone who uses Ditto through Slack, the Ditto desktop app, or any other Ditto interface.

2. Who may use Ditto

Ditto is available by invitation only, to members of the team's Slack workspace, for the team's business and their own personal assistance. We may change, limit or end anyone's access at any time.

3. Your accounts and permissions

You may connect accounts you are authorized to use, such as your own Google account. You control that connection and can disconnect it at any time. You are responsible for requests made from your own Slack account and your paired Ditto app, and for keeping them secure.

4. Actions Ditto takes

Ditto can take actions you request. It asks you to confirm before sending email, inviting people, answering invitations, or changing events other people are on, and it records advertising changes in an audit trail. Review confirmations carefully: once you confirm, the action is carried out as shown.

5. AI output

Ditto's answers are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information, especially financial, legal or time-sensitive details, before relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Ditto to break the law or any provider's terms, to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use, to harass or deceive anyone, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or its security.

7. Privacy

Ditto's handling of information, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

Ditto works with services such as Google, Slack, Meta, TikTok, Anthropic and ElevenLabs. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Ditto is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, CatchBack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of Ditto.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of Ditto means you accept the updated terms.
