DITTO
Data Deletion
Request deletion of Ditto data.
Last updated: September 24, 2026
To remove a connected Google account right away, disconnect it in the Ditto app (Settings, Connected accounts) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Ditto revokes its access and deletes the stored sign-in.
To request deletion of other information controlled by CatchBack and processed through Ditto (conversations, notes, reminders, or advertising-related records):
- Email support@catchback.com with the subject Ditto Data Deletion Request.
- Include the Slack identity, Google account, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or business account associated with the request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- We may ask for reasonable verification that you are authorized to make the request.
- After verification, we will delete or de-identify Ditto-controlled information that is not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an existing dispute, and confirm completion by email.
You can also stop future Meta data access by removing Ditto from the relevant Meta Business Portfolio or revoking the app's permissions in Facebook or Instagram settings.
Data retained independently by Google, Slack, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Cloudflare, Meta, TikTok or another provider must be handled through that provider's controls.
